A Brazilian native, Queiroz graduated from Salem University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and sports recreation management. In 2022, she coached at Mercyhurst University, leading the team to a 10-6-4 record and a semifinal appearance in the PSAC Tournament. Additionally, she has been active in youth development with the Northern Piedmont Sports Club, coaching players of all ages during the 2024 spring and summer seasons.

Before moving to the U.S. in 2015, Queiroz played in Brazil's top division, winning the Campeonato Brasileiro and Copa do Brasil with Ferroviária de Esportes in 2014. Her impressive career also includes stints with Atlético Mineiro, Portuguesa de Desportos, and Francana.

Queiroz's collegiate playing career began at Iowa Central Community College, where she played a pivotal role in the Tritons' historic NJCAA Division I Women’s Soccer National Championship victory, scoring the game-winning goal and earning NJCAA All-American First Team honors and MVP. She continued her success at ASA College Brooklyn, leading her team to the national championship game, finishing the season with 19 goals and 13 assists, and again receiving NJCAA All-American First Team recognition.

Transferring to Salem University, Queiroz excelled as a junior, earning the ECAC Offensive Player of the Month and a spot on the All-Atlantic Region Second Team. She ranked sixth nationally in goals and points per game, tallying 18 goals, including three hat tricks.

Currently, Coach Queiroz is pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Studies at West Virginia State University, set to graduate in 2025.
